Hawaii State Tax:
There is a daily accommodations tax for all occupants of condo units. This tax was imposed by the Hawaii Legislature and went into effect on January 1, 1999. (Hawaii Session Laws 1998, Act 156)
Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please park between the white lines in designated parking areas. Parking permits should be placed on the dashboard or rearview mirror of vehicle where it is visible at all times. Our resort security personnel will tag violation notices on vehicles with no parking permits.
There are handicap stalls available. Additional handicap stalls can also be reserved. In order to secure handicap parking, a handicap-parking permit is required and guests need to provide the permit upon check-in at the desk.
Beach Towels:
Beach towels are located in the unit in the guest bathroom closet.
Quiet Time:
Quiet time for the resort is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep the noise level down during these hours. For after hours resort emergencies, please dial 808-635-2806.

Reminders:
Please lock your doors to ensure safety and to protect your valuables. All first floor units are equipped with wooden dowels for both sliding doors in the unit. It allows for security and ventilation.
This may be paradise but we do have our little critters. Mosquitoes are most active around dusk, so please close the screens before then. We ask that you store away food items and wipe down the countertops to prevent ants. We also ask that you do not feed or invite stray animals into the unit so that we can keep our units and furniture free of fleas. A can of bug spray is available and located under the kitchen sink.
To preserve the ambiance of the resort, we ask that you refrain from draping clothing and towels over the railings.
Please be aware of your surroundings. Report to the Front Desk any unpleasant situation(s) you observe.
