Clients are often surprised to hear the Cliffs was developed in 1978 because it looks so amazing.  In fact, it looks better now than in 2004 without any special assessments.  So with that in mind some interesting points about the vacation ownership!

• The Cliffs is among the lowest 20% of Kauai timeshare resorts for maintenance fees.
• If the property was developed today it would qualify for twice as many units.  The timeshare resort across the street has five acres and 264 units whereas the Cliffs has fewer units on nine acres.
• The Cliffs has won numerous awards for its green programs including solar system and 100% recycling.
• Full service concierge on site and available for pre-booking all excursions and dinner reservations which can be important in today’s world of employee shortages.
• The price of the Cliffs is roughly 85-90% less than the property across the street.
• The Cliffs brings food trucks to the property multiple days per week for those who do not want to cook and don’t want to leave the property.
• Last but not least, the Cliffs is self-managed.  This means there is no third party company operating with a profit motive.  The owners through the Board of Directors truly control the property and all decisions are specifically about the Cliffs.  Not many timeshare resorts in Hawaii have this arrangement.
